Job Description Okome House is an all-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi restaurant in Wake Forest. We're looking for reliable and hardworking sushi chefs or sushi cooks to join our kitchen team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other sushi items. Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Properly handle, store, and prepare ingredients. Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to keep orders moving.

Qualifications:

Previous sushi-making experience preferred. Restaurant kitchen experience is a plus. Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others. Willing to learn and follow our restaurant's preparation standards. Weekend availability is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time or part-time opportunities. Flexible scheduling based on availability and restaurant needs. Competitive pay based on experience and ability. Opportunities for additional hours.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
