In This Role, You'll:

Lead and mentor line cooks, fostering a collaborative kitchen cultureExecute wood-fired cooking techniques and manage wood-fired pizza and specialized dishesOversee food preparation, plating, and quality standards that reflect our commitment to excellenceCollaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offeringsMaintain kitchen operations, inventory, and food safety standardsSupport the brewery's food program growth and evolving culinary vision

What We're Looking For:

You bring solid line cook experience, leadership instincts, and a genuine passion for quality food and the brewery environment. Experience with wood-fired cooking or pizza is a plus. Most importantly, you're eager to grow into a sous chef role and help build something special.
