POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Sous Chef is a highly skilled and creative individual who reports directly to the Executive Chef.

LOCATION

Greenport, NY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

? Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu planning, development, and execution. ? Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation. ? Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. ? Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. ? Adhere to organizational standards and existing systems, while always looking to improve upon them when necessary. ? Contribute to the creation of innovative and seasonal dishes.
