Pizza Palace is in need of an experienced Pizza Dough Maker. Previous experience in cooking/culinary arts/related field required Experience making, stretching, and hand pressing dough Be able to measure ingredients, mix dough, and monitor its preparation for baking Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation Strong attention to detail Works well with others, team-player, and positive attitude Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Ability to work early morning hours This position is for a responsible, dedicated individual, and for the preparation of the pizza dough for the early morning hours and not a kitchen line position. You will be scheduled every Friday and Saturday morning . Experience with baking is a huge benefit.
