We're hiring culinary team members for two neighboring but distinct, chef-led concepts: >> The Pompadour (@thepompadourbar) - Our award-winning small plates restaurant, known for bold dishes, seasonal creativity, and high-volume, high-execution service. >> Auteur (@auteur.cleveland) - Fine dining concept opening next door. A refined, modern dining experience—tasting menu-driven, technique-forward, intimate, and elevated. Both kitchens are built around respect: for ingredients, for the craft, and for the team.
