Job Description

Chef de Cuisine wanted at The Jamison Pour House in Jamison, Pennsylvania. We're a scratch kitchen with an ever-changing seasonal menu. Pair that with a serious craft beer and a cocktail program and you've got a kitchen with real identity, not just another line to run. You'll be leading a fully staffed team with systems and recipes already dialed in, a five day fifty hour week. Salary includes $60-70k based on experience, paid time off along with the restaurant being closed on major holidays. Attainable bonus tied to realistic food and labor targets.

Pay:

$62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
