What You'll Do:

Lead kitchen operations and support our ownership in maintaining the highest standards of Italian cuisineDemonstrate strong production skills with meticulous attention to consistency and quality in every dishManage inventory controls and food costs while minimizing wasteMaintain rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols at all timesBring creativity to menu development and daily specialsMentor and guide kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and organized environmentEnsure smooth kitchen workflow during service

What We're Looking For:
