Join Our Team We are seeking a warm, professional Concierge who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming first impression for residents, families, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members courteously and professionally. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and messages promptly. Assist with visitor signin, access procedures, and frontdesk security practices. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, deliveries, and correspondence. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills. Basic proficiency with computers, phones, email, and common office applications. Dependable, organized, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience Reception, customer service, administrative, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred.
