In this role, you will be the key driver of membership growth and client engagement, leveraging your management and sales expertise to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Develop and implement targeted marketing and business development strategies to attract new Pilates members and expand membership base. Manage client accounts through CRM software, maintaining detailed records of interactions, preferences, and progress to foster strong customer relationships. Prospect new leads via cold calling, territory management, and outside sales efforts, effectively generating opportunities for membership growth. Conduct personalized consultations with prospective clients to understand their fitness goals and present tailored Pilates programs that meet their needs. Negotiate membership packages, upsell additional services or classes, and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain ongoing communication with current members through inside sales techniques, ensuring retention and encouraging referrals. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territories. Qualifications Proven experience in management, B2B sales, or account management with a focus on customer relationship building and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and territory or outside sales environments. Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools for tracking prospects and managing customer data. Strong technical sales experience complemented by excellent communication skills for client engagement and deal closing. Ability to perform in a remote or hybrid sales environment with self-motivation and discipline. Experience with prospecting techniques including cold calling and upselling to achieve sales goals. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and retention efforts in a health or fitness setting is a plus. Exceptional analysis skills for evaluating sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
