Role:

Sky Zone Brea is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Team Members to join our crew! As a part-time Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the action — helping guests have the ultimate trampoline park experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. If you love people, staying active, and bringing good vibes, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience Monitor trampoline courts and attraction areas to enforce safety rules and guidelines Operate front desk, point-of-sale systems, and handle guest check-ins and waivers Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special programming as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including courts, restrooms, and common areas Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Respond calmly and effectively to guest concerns, incidents, or emergencies

Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods of time Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training may be provided)
