This contract position focuses on front-line box office support, helping guests purchase admission options while delivering a detail-oriented and welcoming experience. The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using computer-based ticketing tools, processing credit card transactions, and staying organized in a fast-paced public-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests at the box office by explaining available ticket options and completing purchases accurately through a computerized ticketing platform.
  • Process cashless transactions with care, ensuring credit card payments are handled securely and efficiently.
  • Provide courteous customer service while answering questions and guiding visitors through ticket selections during high-traffic periods.
  • Maintain orderly transaction records and support basic administrative tasks such as document handling, scanning, and system updates as needed.
  • Help coordinate daily workflow by following schedules, staying attentive to timing, and supporting smooth operations across assigned shifts.
  • Use Microsoft Office and related computer applications to complete routine support tasks and communicate operational information clearly.
  • Uphold an experienced and detail-oriented presence while working collaboratively with event staff, supervisors, and guests.
  • Follow site procedures for breaks, parking, shuttle use, and other operational instructions provided during onboarding and training.
