We're looking for a Front Desk Lead who is outgoing, organized, quick on their feet, and loves being around people. This is a hands on role for someone who likes being in the middle of the action. You'll be a go to person during your shift, helping families, supporting coaches and instructors, keeping the front desk on track, and making sure the gym is running smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome families and create a fun, positive experience Handle check ins, phones, payments, scheduling, enrollments, and parent questions Help families enroll in classes, camps, special events, and other programs Learn our programs and gym flow so you can confidently answer questions Handle invoicing and charter school billing Help train and guide front desk staff and new hires Support coaches and instructors with schedules, questions, and daily needs Help delegate tasks and keep things moving during busy shifts Make sure the front desk and client facing spaces stay clean, organized, and ready for families Notice what needs to be done and take initiative Be a go to person for everyday questions and problem solving You'll Be a Great Fit If You're Outgoing, social, and naturally good with people Confident giving direction and helping others Quick, organized, and good at multitasking Comfortable balancing people, administrative tasks, and gym operations Dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed Great with kids, parents, and coworkers Interested in sports, fitness, gymnastics, kids, or adaptive programs Someone who takes ownership and gets things done Experience in customer service, leadership, front desk operations, coaching, fitness, gymnastics, or working with kids is a plus, but we're most interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
