Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated On-site Caretaker for our hotel to ensure the smooth operation and watching the property. This role involves providing excellent customer service to guests, maintaining the safety of the premises, and addressing any immediate needs that may arise during your shift. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance Monitor security systems and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and ensure hotel facilities are in good condition Manage check-in/check-out processes if required, providing friendly customer service at all times Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance requests Collaborate with hotel staff to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Willing to live on-site in a dynamic environment This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with people and maintaining a well-run hotel environment. Candidates should be committed to providing excellent service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. This job includes a 1 bed room apartment, all utilities, internet and cable included. You are required to live on the property and take care of daily duties and guests requests. You may have a spouse that works at another job, but there is no room for children or pets.
