As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in delivering an elevated, welcoming, and unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone Manage appointments, answer service and product inquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Provide exceptional guest care by mastering our Aveda signature rituals and delivering a luxury-level service experience Support our service providers and elevate the guest journey by recommending Aveda services and home care products Perform administrative duties with accuracy, attention to detail, and a calm, organized approach Assist with capturing social media content and creating posts

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a genuine love for guest service Professional appearance, polished communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable with retail and passionate about the Aveda brand, wellness, and clean beauty Proficient with technology and quick to learn new booking/POS systems Proficient with social media platforms Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Availability for part-time or full-time hours, including evenings and
