Lakeridge Association, a gated Community in Torrington, is seeking a Front Gate Concierge. This is a part time position with mostly evening hours on weekdays and weekends. Seasonal shifts 4pm-8pm or 4pm to 10pm. The Concierge shall be responsible for providing our residents and visitors with personalized customer service and receives administrative direction from the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a logbook and give out visitor passes for visitors and contractors Assist contractors and visitors in using phone entry system Give directions Assist Management Office as directed Pay attention to anything that may be unusual or suspicious and report if necessary Abide by the Company's policies and procedures
