Job Description

Bushnell Motorsports Park is a high-performance karting facility located in Bushnell, Florida — 45 minutes from both Orlando and Tampa. We have been building a loyal racing community for years, and we are looking for people who want to be part of what makes this place special. This is not just a front desk job. You are the first person every customer sees when they walk in and the last voice they hear before they leave. You set the tone for the entire visit. The right person for this role genuinely likes people, moves fast, and takes pride in delivering a great experience every single time. This is not a job where you stand behind a counter and wait for someone to tell you what to do. This is an active, customer-facing role that requires warmth, hustle, and genuine care for the people you serve.
Core responsibilities:
Customer Service - the most important part of this job: Greeting every customer warmly the moment they walk in the door — before they even get to the counter. Walking new racers through the check-in process: creating their racer profile, completing waivers, and getting them set up for their first race. Selling race packages, gift cards, snacks, and merchandise using our ClubSpeed point-of-sale system. Answering phones, responding to questions about the facility, and handling corporate and group event inquiries. Keeping the lobby, helmet wall, restrooms, and front counter clean, stocked, and presentable throughout every shift. Capturing content during your shift — race moments, customer highlights, events — as part of your regular daily duties. Completing your opening and closing checklists accurately every shift. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely likes people and makes them feel welcome without being told to. Reliable. Shows up on time, in uniform, every shift. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our busiest days — weekend and evening availability is required. Comfortable handling cash and learning a new computer system. Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Busy Saturdays are loud and fast. We need someone who thrives in that, not someone who shuts down. G-rated. Always. Kids and families are here every day. No experience required — we train. What cannot be trained is the attitude.
