This is not simply a front-desk position . The New Patient Concierge is responsible for converting inquiries into scheduled new patients, creating an exceptional first impression, building trust, overcoming barriers to scheduling, and making sure prospective patients don't fall through the cracks. You will often be the first human connection someone has with our practice . Your ability to listen, communicate, follow up, and confidently guide someone toward an appointment can directly impact that person's health and our ability to serve our community. What You Will Own You will own the new-patient journey from lead → conversation → scheduled appointment → arrival at our office .
Responsibilities include:
Respond quickly and professionally to new patient inquiries Answer incoming calls, texts, online inquiries, and leads Build rapport and understand why the prospective patient is seeking help Clearly communicate what makes Friends & Family Spinal Care different Confidently guide qualified prospects toward scheduling Handle common questions, concerns, and scheduling objections Consistently follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled Confirm appointments and reduce new-patient no-shows Maintain accurate lead and scheduling information in our systems Track your performance and understand your numbers Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to create an exceptional new-patient experience Help every prospective patient feel heard, valued, and cared for What Winning Looks Like Winning in this position isn't measured by how many phone calls you answer. New Patient Concierge:
Responds to new leads quickly Consistently converts qualified leads into scheduled appointments Proactively follows up instead of waiting for people to call back Maintains a strong new-patient show rate Keeps the schedule filled with qualified prospective patients Makes sure leads don't disappear because of poor follow-up Creates an exceptional experience before the patient ever walks through our doors Knows their numbers and looks for ways to continuously improve them Ultimately helps more people receive the care they came to us looking for We believe follow-up is service . Schedule:
This position requires availability: Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday Two Saturdays per month Reliability and consistency with this schedule are important because the New Patient Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining the patient schedule and responding to new opportunities.
