Job Summary:
Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading provider of wellness, fitness, and leisure services, is seeking a Welcome Center Associate to deliver exceptional service and provide community infomation to prospective homebuyers. Weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests warmly, providing a welcoming and professional front desk experience. Greet guests, offer hospitality and create rapport with prospects, realtors, sales associates and residents. Deliver detailed community presentations to prospective home buyers, realtors and home builder representatives. Capture prospect profile and contact information and enter in database for instant communication to on-site builders/sales centers. Consistently keep up to date with local information, attractions, events, etc. Assist with various marketing efforts such as website updates, e-blasts and social media posts. Assist in the setup and eexecution of marketing and realtor events. Monitor facility cleanliness and inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary. Report incidents or accidents promptly to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ year of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, recreation or residential services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and appearance. Creative mindset, especially in marketing and promotions. Basic computer and office equipment proficiency. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Indoor and outdoor work; may be exposed to varying temperatures and light cleaning chemicals. Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Function Seldom Occasionally Frequently Stationary Position

Compensation:
20.00 Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
