Our team takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Concierge who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a growing business. Responsibilities Welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Check clients in and out using our salon software Process payments and manage daily transactions Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area Assist with retail product sales when appropriate Confirm upcoming appointments and respond to client inquiries Support the stylists to help ensure a smooth daily operation Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Basic computer skills and willingness to learn salon software Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, medical offices, or salons is a plus—but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18-22/hour based on experience) Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows Supportive and positive team environment Employee discounts on salon products and services A professional workplace where you'll build valuable customer service experience We're Looking For Someone Who... Typical Hours:
