As a Lincoln Service Concierge, you will be an important part of delivering the luxury ownership experience our Lincoln customers expect and deserve. From the moment a customer contacts or visits our dealership, you'll help ensure their experience is convenient, welcoming, personalized, and professional. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome Lincoln customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Deliver personalized, first-class customer service throughout the service experience. Coordinate Lincoln Pickup & Delivery appointments and transportation arrangements. Assist with scheduling service appointments and communicating with customers. Coordinate loaner vehicles and customer transportation when available. Work closely with service advisors, and dealership staff. Keep customers informed about their vehicle's service progress. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer information and service records. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Build lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and mobile technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
