Job Overview The Guest Services Specialist is the first point of contact for every guest, setting the tone for the entire Fire & Ice experience. We are looking for an energetic, welcoming professional who is passionate about wellness with excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Hospitality & Service:
Proactively engage with guests in the common and transitional areas to answer questions and requests.
Equipment Check & Supplies:
Conduct routine checks of sauna temperature, cold plunge water levels, and overall equipment function. Ensure all locker rooms, showers, and restroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.) are consistently stocked and tidy.
Cleanliness Protocol:
Maintain continuous oversight of all guest areas.
Towel Management:
Collect, wash, dry, fold and restock all facility towels efficiently and continuously throughout the shift.
Safety Management:
Oversee the guest environment to ensure adherence to House Rules and safety guidelines, managing non-critical situations with tact and professionalism. Role Structure & Variety Our team members cross-train in two distinct areas to keep the day dynamic:
Front-of-House Reception:
Managing the storefront, welcoming guests, handling seamless check-ins/check-outs, and matching guests with the perfect memberships.
Back-of-House Wellness Support:
Tending to the guest experience in our contrast therapy circuits, hosting facility tours, offering guidance on sauna/cold plunge safety, and keeping our premium amenities pristine. Uncapped Membership Commission:
Earn a flat $20 cash bonus for every new member you sign up.
Real Earning Examples:
Sign up just 5 new members a week? Add an extra $100/week to your paycheck (equivalent to adding an extra ~$5/hour onto a part-time 20-hour shift). Sign up 10 new members a week? Add an extra $200/week to your paycheck. Experience Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or spa preferred). Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
