Mom's Extra Hands — Home & Lifestyle Concierge Co.
Pay:
$25/hour

3-4 weekdays per week
Work Location:
In person / Client homes About the Position Mom's Extra Hands is growing, and we're looking for reliable, proactive, detail-oriented team members who genuinely enjoy helping people and creating calm inside busy homes. This is not just an organizing job—and we are not a traditional cleaning company. Our Personal Concierges help clients stay on top of the everyday tasks, projects, and routines that make a home feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable. A typical day includes two client homes, with three hours spent at each home. This is active, hands-on work with plenty of variety from day to day. What You May Do Depending on the client, your day may include: Organizing and decluttering Laundry and home resets Tidying and household upkeep Pantry and refrigerator refreshes Errands and household support Light meal prep Creating simple organizational systems Helping clients tackle projects they've been putting off Supporting clients in keeping their homes functional and manageable Who We're Looking For You'll likely thrive in this role if you: Naturally notice what needs to be done Take initiative without needing to be micromanaged Enjoy staying busy and active throughout the day Are observant and detail-oriented Communicate professionally and kindly Can problem-solve independently Are dependable and emotionally mature Enjoy building relationships with clients Are flexible and adaptable when plans change Take pride in doing a job well Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Want to be part of a team long-term Because you'll be working independently inside clients' homes, trustworthiness, professionalism, communication, and reliability are extremely important. Schedule & Requirements $25/hour W-2 employee position Part-time, year round 3-4 weekdays per week Typically 2 client homes per day Client visits are 3 hours each Local driving between client homes is required Reliable transportation is required Must be comfortable with active, hands-on work Must be able to work independently while also being part of a team Why Mom's Extra Hands?
