CONCIERGE/RECEPTIONIST
Job Description We are looking for a reliable trustworthy individual to work at the Concierge desk of our Independent Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for providing reception, administrative general office support and building security. Duties and Responsibilities Answer, screen and route phone calls. Greet visitors, determine their needs and direct accordingly. Assist residents with any reasonable request they may have. Copy, collate and organize office products to ensure accuracy and professional looking documents and materials. Monitor camera systems and perform door/safety checks. Promptly respond to call lights. Perform all other duties as assigned. Skills Excellent communication skills Experience in Customer Service Ability to resolve issues in a calm customer-focused orientation. Basic computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.JOB TYPE
