We are dedicated to delivering an elevated guest experience in a welcoming, team-focused environment—and we're looking for service-driven, outgoing individuals to be the face of it all. Position Overview As a Guest Services Concierge , you are more than a receptionist—you are the first and last impression of our salon. You'll create a seamless, elevated experience for every guest while keeping front desk operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, well put-together, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Warmly welcome and check in guests, creating a positive first impression Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage daily bookings Educate guests on services, pricing, and current promotions Handle guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care Process transactions and manage the register accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area Support the team with administrative and day-to-day salon operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfort with computers and scheduling systems High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude Availability for a mix of day, evening, and some Saturday shifts
