Along with welcoming residents and visitors, you will provide administrative support in human resources and accounts payable and help daily office operations run smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome residents, families, visitors, and team members with professionalism and care. Answer calls, provide information, and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Assist with employee records, onboarding, orientation coordination, and routine HR paperwork. Support accounts payable data entry and other business-office tasks. Maintain organized, accurate records while protecting confidential information. What You'll Bring Administrative, reception, customer service, or office experience preferred. Friendly, dependable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort with computers, data entry, email, and common office applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
