The Opportunity As an Audi Brand Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire client journey. From the first introduction to delivery and beyond, you will create a seamless, personalized experience that reflects the sophistication of the Audi brand. You will work with clients who expect more—and have the tools, training, products, and environment to deliver more. What You'll Do Create an elevated showroom experience that reflects the sophistication of the Audi brand. Build genuine relationships and become a trusted automotive advisor. Discover each client's needs, preferences, and expectations through thoughtful consultation. Present Audi vehicles with confidence, product knowledge, and enthusiasm. Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience from initial contact through delivery and beyond. Utilize CRM and digital retailing technology to maintain meaningful communication and cultivate long-term relationships. Develop and maintain a loyal personal client portfolio and referral network. Stay current on Audi technology, design, performance, innovation, and model updates. Collaborate with management, finance, service, and other team members to deliver a seamless ownership experience. Consistently achieve individual and team performance objectives while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Highline Experience Is a Plus Previous experience with Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Porsche, Volvo, Genesis, Acura, Land Rover, Jaguar, Cadillac, or another premium/highline brand is highly valued. Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, high-end real estate, private aviation, or other client-focused industries may also translate exceptionally well.
