Those with Dermatology experience are preferred but will train the right candidate! This is a full-time position in a gorgeous state-of-the-art-office which launched in December 2020. The Practice offers Medical, Cosmetic and Surgical Dermatology. We are seeking an energetic team-oriented individual to work directly with the leadership to start building an amazing practice. At a high level this position will be responsible for: Check-in, Check out and registration of patients Providing exceptional customer service to patients and vendors Verifying all insurances and benefits with the ability to educate patients on their insurance as needed Comfort in explaining balances, copayments, co insurances and collecting as needed per office policies and guidelines Manage all intake forms/ IPAD registrations and patient portal through EMR Provide accurate and complete daily accounting of all transactions Learning all products and procedures offered by the practice Accept all practice inquires and calls; assist as needed including making appointments and triaging questions If you are organized, love projects and want opportunities for growth, then this is the place for you! Required Experience 3+ years working as a medical receptionist in a private practice setting Strong knowledge of insurance plans including co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles 2 + years working with an Electronic Medical Record - those with Mod Med experience are strongly preferred Motivated self-starter Outstanding customer service skills Flexible availability as practice schedules take shape Fluency in other languages (Russian would be great!) Pay:
