The Concierge will ensure the residents have the best experience possible. You will exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor in all resident interactions as you document and ensure any issues are resolved. Job Overview Sterling Village is a 143 bed Rehab and Nursing Center located in Sterling, MA. We are hiring a full time 40 hour a week concierge to help ensure our residents have a great experience while here. Days are negotiable, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Responsibilities for Concierge Act as the first point of contact for resident information. Address and document resident concerns. Achieve amicable resolution to resident concerns. Assist in answering call lights and handing out meal trays. Assist residents when arriving or discharging. Promote facilities amenities and activities. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred. Able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Other duties as assigned
