Impact By:

Greeting and registering patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner. Communicating with nursing staff and internal departments on patient needs and concerns. Assisting with chart preparation for surgery center patients. Checking in on the status of patients in pre-op and post-op, and assisting patients into and out of the surgery center. Ensuring the surgery waiting area is clean and visually appealing to patients, and that snack and beverage items are fully stocked and available at all times. Handling difficult or escalated patient concerns and providing positive solutions. Exceeding our patient's expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.

You Have:

A high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience helpful Investments in
