Wheelock Terrace is seeking a friendly, dependable Concierge to be the welcoming face of our assisted living community. This position supports residents, families, visitors, and staff by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Answer and direct phone calls and general inquiries. Assist residents and families with non-clinical requests. Provide transportation assistance to residents as needed. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area. Help with filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and other office duties. Follow visitor sign-in, safety, and confidentiality procedures. Support community events and assist other departments as needed. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Basic computer and office skills. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently. Reception, hospitality, health care, or senior-living experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
