Part-Time Position Overview:

The Front Desk & Field Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the ISP Event Center while helping ensure that all events, programs, and facility activities run smoothly and efficiently. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, teams, coaches, parents, and guests while also providing on-site supervision of activities taking place throughout the facility. This position requires an individual who is comfortable being both customer-facing at the front desk and hands-on throughout the facility. Employeesshould be able to work independently, make decisions, communicate effectively, and remain calm and professional when dealing with busy events or unexpected situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk during assigned shifts.
Greet and assist customers, teams, coaches, parents, and visitors.
Answer phones, respond to questions, and provide information about facility programs, rentals, leagues, camps, and events.
Assist customers with check-ins, registrations, waivers, and general facility needs.
Monitor facility schedules and ensure events and rentals are starting and ending on time.
Assist with setting up and breaking down fields, equipment, tables, chairs, and other event materials.
Ensure teams and groups are in the correct locations and following their scheduled time.
Monitor facility conditions, cleanliness, and overall presentation throughout events.
Address customer questions, concerns, or issues and escalate more serious matters to management when necessary.
Communicate with referees, coaches, event staff, maintenance staff, and management as needed.
Help enforce facility rules, safety procedures, and appropriate conduct.
Respond appropriately to injuries, emergencies, or other unexpected situations and follow established emergency procedures.
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone visiting ISP Event Center.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Must be at least [16-18+] years old. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to be physically active for extended periods.
