Assisted Living Admissions Marketer
Job Description
We are looking to grow our marketing team and add a second out going admissions marketer to the team, and bring in referrals and admissions into our assisted living community. You will be responsible for making connections within the community and fellow facilities to bring potential residents into our facility. As the admissions marketer, you will be in the field on a daily basis speaking with nursing homes and rehabs that have residents ready for discharge and looking for a place to call home. Once the referral is vetted and approved for admission, you will gather the necessary documents needed before the resident can move in. You will partner with the administrator to schedule facility tours and plan marketing strategies. You will also partner with our other marketer to come up with long term marketing strategies and build a waiting list. This is a full time field position, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and/or evenings. For this position, the candidate must have a car in order to commute within the designated community and various facilities. This position requires a background check.
