Responsibilities Responsible for the smooth operation of the main reception desks ensuring the highest level of service excellence and safety. Ensures that all visitors receive a pass generated from the Visitor Management System (VMS). Ensures that visitor guidelines and restrictions are adhered to. Assists visitors with HIM and financial assistance requests. Assists with virtual/zoom to connect patients and families when needed. Qualifications Minimum Education:

High School Diploma.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years customer service experience working with the public preferred. Exceptional Customer Service skills.
