Job Description
Busy recreational cooking school with locations in Huntington, Patchogue and Amityville, more to come in 2024, seeks what we call our Class Concierge Must have prior volume hospitality industry experience Multi-faceted position-host, server, bartender, Chef's assistant all in one Sets up studio cooking stations equipment and wares 24 guests per class max Stocks service bar-beer, wine, sake, cider only Greets and seats guests according to roster Takes beverage orders, serves, runs POS system Assists Chef Instructor during class Busses and cleans during and after class Flexible per diem schedule Evening/weekend classes Must be able to walk, stand and move for 5-6 hour shifts Must be able to lift 50 lbs Low stress and fun environment Team player, obviously
