Guest Advisor - Part Time Spavia Day Spa - Bridge Park | Dublin, Ohio Be Part of the Experience At Spavia Bridge Park, our Guest Advisors do much more than work a front desk. They help create the warm, relaxing experience our guests feel from the moment they walk through the door. We're looking for a confident, dependable and personable part-time Guest Advisor who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service or hospitality experience who wants to grow with a team and take on greater responsibility over time. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create an exceptional first and last impression. Schedule appointments and help guests select the right services. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently. Answer calls, texts and guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Educate guests about memberships, services and retail products. Confidently recommend and sell spa memberships. Work closely with massage therapists, estheticians and other team members to keep the guest experience flowing smoothly. Help maintain a clean, welcoming spa environment, including reception, retail and guest relaxation areas, restrooms, laundry, and other shared spaces as needed. Restock guest areas and supplies and help keep laundry moving throughout the day. Follow through on guest requests and daily operational responsibilities. Open and/or close the spa as scheduled, including completion of assigned opening and closing duties. Who We're Looking For Warm, polished and genuinely enjoys working with people. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple priorities. Organized, attentive to detail and strong at follow-through. A clear and confident communicator. Comfortable recommending and selling memberships and products. Someone who notices what needs to be done without always needing to be asked. Able to stay calm and professional when the spa gets busy. Comfortable pitching in wherever needed—from helping a guest at the front desk to restocking, laundry or light cleaning—to keep the spa running smoothly. A team player who is receptive to coaching and interested in learning and growing. Previous hospitality, retail, sales, front desk or customer service experience is preferred. Mindbody knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. Spa experience is helpful, but not required. Schedule Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week. We are especially looking for weekday and evening availability, including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday. Some weekend availability is strongly preferred. Why Spavia Bridge Park?
