MIAMI ATHLETIC CLUB FRONT DESK JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary Are you a friendly, cheerful, and out-going person? Do you like connecting with people and being a part of a team? Then, how about you put that awesome personality to work and join our amazing front desk team at Miami Athletic Club Premier Fitness. We are an award-winning premier fitness club with an established reputation. If you think you have what it takes to be an ambassador for our club, then we want to talk to you! Job Responsibilities Check-in club members and ensure accounts are up to date. Assist customers with questions and concerns and delegate issues to appropriate channels. Answer phone calls attentively and cheerfully. Monitor club appearance and assist in cleaning and organizing the facility. Thorough knowledge of all programs, memberships, profit centers, daily promotions, cash register and computer software. Knowledge of all membership sales steps, tracking and paperwork. Supervise sign in for visitors on Health Waivers and Liability forms. Attendance at meetings and trainings is required. Some physical activity is required. Must be able to lift 50lvs. Represent Miami Athletic Club Premier Fitness in a professional and friendly manner. Job Skills & Qualifications Available to work flexible hours. Strong communication skills.
