Shift Details Opening shifts:
3pm/4pm- 8:15pm, two/three times per week Rotating Saturday or Sunday opening shift a few times per month $1/hour pay differential for all opening shifts Opportunities to pick up additional daytime and evening hours Key Responsibilities Greet and assist members, guests, and program participants Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and payments Answer phones and provide accurate information about programs Keep the front desk clean and organized Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience (preferred but not required) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A friendly, welcoming attitude and passion for helping others Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends How to Apply Ready to make a difference and be part of our amazing team?
