The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients. Prior experience in a medical spa setting is highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations
• Coordinate guest requests such as transportation, dining, and entertainment bookings
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information Skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong guest relations skills
• Experience in the med spa industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
• Knowledge of guest services best practices
