Beautifulgroundsllc.com Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking seasonal landscape, estate concierge and holiday design associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and high-end customer service. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, grounds keeping, and garden care, holiday design (Interior Christmas Decor installation), occasional odd jobs, professional organization, moving concierge and deep cleaning. Must be over 18 to apply. This is a seasonal job. Steady work is available -March through December. Flexible schedule as a 1099 contractor. Will not receive benefits or unemployment. You must have current and up to date personal health insurance. You are in charge of withholding your own taxes. Required to fill out W-9 form. Great for parents and people who need a flexible schedule and great money making potential for those with evening jobs. As a 1099 contractor you get to dictate what days you work - however our busiest months are May, June, October and November and we are hiring contractors who will have availability during this time frame. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform landscaping tasks effectively. Planting/transplanting annual and perennial flowers, shrubs, and trees. Assist with design tasks as requested. Conduct regular landscape maintenance including watering, feeding, trimming, edging garden beds, raking leaves, mulching, weeding and hauling sod. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Must be able to speak to clients in a professional manner. Must be able to dig, lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds repeatedly and be able to work in the heat. Must be reliable and have you own transportation. You have the option to meet in Harmony at the office and transportation to the job will be provided. If you have to leave the work site before project is finished for the day- you must drive yourself to the work site. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or grounds keeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is an advantage. Knowledge of garden maintenance is beneficial. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Creative eye for design is a plus. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks required. Big plus if you can operate and/or repair landscaping equipment or if you can do small electrical repairs (invisible fence and in ground lighting). Hard workers and contractors requesting the most hours will be given priority for projects.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
