Plexus Health is a family medical practice located in Lancaster, SC and Kershaw, SC. Our Lancaster location has a private 340B pharmacy. We provide preventative care as well as management of chronic illnesses for all ages. We are growing our business and have an opening for a Patient Concierge. Patient Concierge - Lancaster ○ Bilingual preferred but not required ○ Duties include check-in/check-out, directing patients to the right location, answering any questions from patients, filling out the schedule. Down time is spent calling patients who have not been seen in the last year and trying to get them to return for an appointment ○ Must have a great personality and energetic. ○ Starting time is 7:15 am. ○ Will play a big part in a smooth workflow process. ○ $16.50/hour.
