What You'll Do Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with older adults and their families. Facilitate outings, appointments, social engagements, hobbies, exercise, and community involvement. Support clients with daily routines while preserving dignity, independence, and choice. Observe and communicate changes in cognitive, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Collaborate with the COVE team to deliver highly personalized lifestyle support and care. Pay:
