Job Description
Position Summary Cottonwood Lodging is looking for a Seasonal Guest Experience Agent who is responsible for providing friendly, responsive, and professional support to guests throughout their stay. This full-time seasonal position supports guest communication, reservations, calendar management, and check-in and check-out coordination during our busy season. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest questions and requests before, during, and after their stay. Manage reservation details and property calendars. Coordinate guest check-in and check-out. Provide timely and accurate information about properties, reservations, and stays. Resolve routine guest concerns. Communicate guest needs with appropriate departments. Help ensure guests receive consistent, friendly, and professional service. Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience. Hospitality or guest services experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt as priorities change. Experience working collaboratively as part of a team. Comfortable using Google Workspace Experience with property management software Transportation Requirement This position requires reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel to the office. Candidates must have an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle suitable for seasonal mountain driving conditions.
