Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, and other specialty items with precision and flair Follow standardized recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, poaching stations, braising pots, and food warmers safely and efficiently Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options or improvements based on guest preferences Manage food production during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times Skills Proven experience as a dietary aide or in a similar food preparation role within a restaurant or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation techniques for breakfast foods Expertise in cooking methods such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food production for high-volume output Skilled in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining food safety sanitizing procedures Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling to prepare ingredients accurately and efficiently Experience with food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous fine dining or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in culinary skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional breakfast experiences.
