Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing retail sales transactions and customer orders accurately Manage cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving correct change Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities Assist with bussing tables, food handling, and food safety management to ensure a hygienic environment Support quick service and fast food restaurant operations by managing time effectively during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus Strong skills in food preparation, handling cash transactions, and retail math Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training is desirable Previous experience in food industry roles such as cashier or cook will be advantageous Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
