This role involves assisting with food preparation, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a hygienic and efficient kitchen setting. Duties Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to assist in food preparation and cooking processes. Assist with food preparation tasks, including slicing using proper cutting techniques. Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal assembly. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances to ensure hygiene standards are met. Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Perform general cleaning duties within the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal. Support the overall organization of the kitchen to facilitate smooth daily operations. Requirements At least 1-2 years of kitche​n experience required. Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Good physical stamina for standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
