Qualifications Description of Duties:
Under the direction of the
Child Nutrition Manager:
lead, organize and coordinate the daily preparation, baking and distribution of large-quantity food items from the central kitchen to school sites; prepare and coordinate the preparation and cooking of food items for OHS; prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports in compliance with established standards; train, task, and guide personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent; Two years of experience in a commercial food preparation environment preferred. One year of lead or supervisory experience is preferred. Valid California Driver's License. Valid ServSafe Manager Certification within the probationary period.
