Excellence Responsibilities:

Duties include rotation among griddle, fryer, and wrapping station while maintaining a clean work environment up to all health and safety standards. Ensure that all orders are cooked promptly, accurately, and to order. Maintain extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation in accordance with West Coast Cheesesteaks. Works with Management to make sure prep items are done to spec and in sufficient supply. Maintaining day to day operations of the kitchen may include up to cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Make sure all food is stored in appropriate containers at proper holding temperatures. With an open kitchen must provide exceptional customer service at all times.
