Job Description

We are adding a grill cook/cashier to our team! Monday through Thursday. 10am-6:30pm.

Essential Functions:

MUST HAVE COOKING EXPERIENCE.

DEPENDABLE & PUNCTUAL

is a MUST!

Be self-motivated. Does not need to be micro-managed.
Team Player
Follows all cleanliness, organization, sanitation and food safety.
Must be able to follow directions and recipes.
Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
Must have cashier and money handling experience
Execute recipes to the letter
Follows and completes production sheets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
Set up and tear down of workstation
Polite and professional communication style
Understands and utilizes FIFO
Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling
All other duties as requested by the leadership team

Minimum of 1 year previous experience in the food industry preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
Do simple arithmetic
Able to follow oral and written directions
Be able to lift 30 Lbs.
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Must pass a criminal background check EOE/AA
