California required certificates/licenses as applicable (e.g., food handler Requirement permit) Several years of experience in large quantity food preparation in a school or institutional setting Some supervisory experience (leading or training others) strongly preferred. Experience with catering, logistics, or administrative food service tasks preferred. Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 current letters required, written within the last year.)
