Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items quickly and accurately, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow recipes meticulously to maintain flavor profiles and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and other culinary tools safely and efficiently Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices Assist with meal preparation for catering events or large-volume service when needed Support menu planning efforts by providing feedback on dish execution and ingredient needs Ensure cleanliness of workstations and comply with all food safety management protocols throughout each shift Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a high-volume environment Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and sautéing Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of dietary department practices and menu planning to accommodate special dietary needs Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests promptly and professionally Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
